Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains the charges that apply if you cancel a confirmed booking with Croudy Trips. Because we book your trip through hotels, airlines and operators who each have their own rules, cancellation charges depend on when you cancel and the services involved.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing — by email or WhatsApp — so we have a clear record. The cancellation takes effect from the date and time we receive your written request during working hours.

For most tour packages, the following charges apply based on the number of days before your departure date. Your specific itinerary may state different terms, which will always take precedence.

• 30 days or more before departure: loss of booking advance.
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost.
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure, or no-show: 100% of the total trip cost.

Some services are non-refundable from the moment they are booked, regardless of the cancellation date. These typically include:

• Air tickets, subject to the airline's own fare rules.
• Visa fees and processing charges.
• Peak-season, festival and special-event bookings.
• Hotels and packages booked under non-refundable or advance-purchase rates.

Where a refund is due, we will process it to your original payment method after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and any non-recoverable supplier costs. Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 working days, though the exact timing can depend on banks and suppliers.

Before cancelling, talk to us — it is often possible to reschedule your dates or amend your trip for a smaller charge than an outright cancellation. We will always try to find the most cost-effective option for you.

In the rare event that we or a supplier must cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you an alternative of comparable value or a refund of recoverable amounts. We are not liable for incidental costs such as separately booked flights, and we recommend travel insurance to cover such situations.

We strongly recommend that every traveller purchases comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover, so you are protected against unexpected changes to your plans.
