Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Croudy Trips, a travel agency based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. By enquiring, booking or travelling with us, you agree to these terms.

A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required advance payment and issued a written confirmation (by email or WhatsApp). Until then, quoted prices, availability and inclusions are indicative and subject to change.

It is your responsibility to check that all names, dates and trip details in the confirmation are correct and to inform us immediately of any errors.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and are per person based on the occupancy specified in your quote.

• An advance payment is required to confirm your booking; the balance is due before the date stated in your confirmation.
• Prices may change due to factors beyond our control — such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or supplier rate changes — until full payment is received.
• Certain services (flights, visas, special events) may require full or non-refundable payment at the time of booking.

Your itinerary or quote will clearly list what is included and excluded. Anything not explicitly listed — such as personal expenses, tips, optional activities, meals not mentioned, and travel insurance — is not included in the price.

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, including a passport with sufficient validity, correct visas, and any required vaccinations or health documentation. We can assist and advise, but we are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents.

If you wish to change a confirmed booking, we will do our best to accommodate it. Changes are subject to availability and to any charges levied by hotels, airlines or other suppliers, plus an amendment fee where applicable.

Occasionally hotels, airlines or operators may change schedules, accommodation or services. Where this happens we will inform you promptly and arrange the best available alternative. We act as an agent between you and these suppliers and are not liable for their independent acts or omissions.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it before booking.

We take great care in planning your trip, but we are not responsible for loss, injury, delay or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including weather, natural events, strikes, political disruption, or the acts of third-party suppliers. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveller.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
